Here’s why he is wrong

“There’s no such thing as PTSD. There’s no such thing as OCD. There’s no such thing as ADHD.”

That’s the truth according to Pastor John MacArthur who describes an array of mental health conditions as “noble lies to basically give an excuse to medicate people.”
