I was a preacher once and perhaps old habits die hard, but I am much more open to other worldviews that I once was, and I try to capture every new idea that grates on me, and ask myself why it bothers me so much. Sometimes it is because it is confronting an old bias in me. I try to remain open-minded. I appreciate your well-reasoned perspectives, and I shall take your question about why I remain a Christian in spite of the plethora of other worldviews available to me, as a sincere one. I value the contributions of all worldviews, including yours, towards the quest for truth. But for me, I still find the Christian narrative the most existentially satisfying. Beyond reason, this is a matter of faith.
All the best to you Ben!
I respect your work.
